Marriott International today announced the opening of its first two hotels in South Africa - Marriott Johannesburg and Marriott Hotel in Cape Town. The two properties will be the country's first Marriott branded properties and will be the largest hotel and apartment complex in Africa's capital. Marriott International, the world's largest hotel company, has announced the commencement of construction of two new Marriott hotels and a hotel complex at Witwatersrand University (UW) in Pretoria, South Africa.
